Recipe Ingredients:

one crown broccoli
one equal sized crown cauliflower
2 (or more) medium carrots
1 1/2 inch of fresh ginger
1 large or 2 small lemons
apple cider vinegar to taste (up to 1/4 cup)
(optional, add 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro)

Recipe Instructions:

mince chop or food processor the broccoli and cauliflower
chop carrots into small 1/4 inch squares
grate fresh ginger
put all above ingredients into large tupperware bowl
squeeze juice of one large or 2 small lemons into veggie ginger mixture
add 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar bits at a time, securely cover bowl and shake
taste and add more lemon and vinegar as necessary to taste
refrigerate - tastes meld together like a good southern cole slaw when good and cold

All in all, it's a wonderful tasty detoxing treat!
